Web Utilities

The small jobs around links, email and endpoints that come up every week: a short link that will still work next quarter, a QR code for a URL or a Wi-Fi network, a correctly encoded query string, the real path an email took through mail servers, the methods an endpoint accepts, whether a webhook or WebSocket endpoint you run is reachable and answering, and whether an IBAN someone sent you is well formed before you pay it.

The browser-side utilities — QR codes, query strings, email headers, IBAN checks, feature detection — never send your data anywhere. The connectivity checks send a small, fixed request from the Mutqan server to the endpoint you name and show you the answer; they are built for testing your own services and are rate-limited accordingly.

See where a short link really leads without opening it: every redirect with its status code and the final address, followed by the Mutqan server.

Make a QR code for a web address in your browser: pick the error-correction level and colours, check the contrast, and download SVG or PNG.

Web Utilities

Make a QR code that joins a Wi-Fi network when scanned — name, security type and password, built in your browser. The password is readable in the code.

Read a message's raw headers in your browser: the Received route, SPF, DKIM and DMARC results, sender alignment, origin address and warning signs.

Web Utilities

Pre-check a sending domain's DNS before you send: MX, SPF, DMARC and its reports, MTA-STS, TLS-RPT and reverse DNS of its mail hosts, as a checklist.

Web Utilities

Send empty GET, HEAD, OPTIONS, POST, PUT, PATCH or DELETE requests to a URL and see which methods it answers, with its Allow and CORS headers.

Web Utilities

Check that a webhook URL accepts a test POST: status, response time, HTTPS, redirects and headers, using one fixed test payload and one OPTIONS request.

Web Utilities

Turn a raw HTTP request, DevTools headers or a fetch() call into a curl command for Bash, PowerShell or cmd.exe, quoted safely for that shell.

Web Utilities

Check an IBAN in your browser: country, length and format from the SWIFT IBAN Registry, the MOD-97 checksum, and the bank and branch codes it contains.
