Frequently asked questions about Fake Customer Generator

Which fields does a customer record include?

Customer id, name, email, phone, optional company, segment, loyalty tier, billing and shipping addresses, order count, lifetime value, average order, currency, last order date, creation date, status, marketing opt-in and tags.

Is the loyalty tier consistent with the spending?

Yes. The tier is derived from lifetime value (Platinum above 10,000, Gold above 3,000, Silver above 500) so reports and segment filters behave realistically.

Can billing and shipping addresses differ?

About 30% of customers get a different shipping address; the rest ship to their billing address, which mirrors real e-commerce data.

Which currencies are used?

The currency follows the selected country (SAR, JOD, AED, EGP, INR, USD, GBP, EUR, QAR, KWD, BHD).
