Can PDF pages be merged, split and reordered without changing their content?
Yes. ISO 32000 stores a document's pages as a tree of page objects, each pointing at its own content stream, fonts and images. Merging, splitting, extracting, reordering and rotating are edits to that tree — a rotation is a single /Rotate entry of 0, 90, 180 or 270 — so the page content is copied or re-referenced, never re-rendered, and text stays selectable and searchable. What can change is the document-level data around the pages: bookmarks, links between pages and form fields that referred to a page that was removed.

scan-edited.pdf — odd pages onlyFrequently asked questions about Delete PDF Pages
Does deleting a page reduce the file size?
Usually, yes: the output is rewritten from the remaining pages, so images and fonts used only by the removed pages are dropped. Shared resources stay.
Can I delete every even page?
Type "even" (or "odd") in the pages field, or use the Even / Odd buttons above the grid, then run the tool.
Can I undo after downloading?
The original file on your device is never modified; the tool only produces a new file. Keep the original if you may need the pages later.
Is my PDF uploaded to a server?
No. The file is opened and processed by your browser with WebAssembly and JavaScript; nothing is sent to Mutqan Soft or anyone else. Close the tab and the file is gone. Downloading the result needs a free account — no subscription, no payment.
Can I use it on a password-protected PDF?
Yes, if you know the password: the file list asks for it once and every operation then works on the decrypted pages. The output is saved without a password unless you protect it again.
Technical notes
Deletion is implemented as extraction of the complement: the remaining pages are copied into a new document, which is what makes the output smaller when the removed pages held large images. The engine refuses to produce an empty document.
