Can PDF pages be merged, split and reordered without changing their content?
Yes. ISO 32000 stores a document's pages as a tree of page objects, each pointing at its own content stream, fonts and images. Merging, splitting, extracting, reordering and rotating are edits to that tree — a rotation is a single /Rotate entry of 0, 90, 180 or 270 — so the page content is copied or re-referenced, never re-rendered, and text stays selectable and searchable. What can change is the document-level data around the pages: bookmarks, links between pages and form fields that referred to a page that was removed.

What if I select three pages but the replacement has one page?
The replacement pages are cycled: the one page is used for all three targets. With two replacement pages, targets get page 1, page 2, page 1.
Are the replaced pages deleted?
They are removed from the output; the original file on your device is not modified.
Does the page size have to match?
No. Each replacement page keeps its own size and rotation, so a landscape page can replace a portrait one.
Is my PDF uploaded to a server?
No. The file is opened and processed by your browser with WebAssembly and JavaScript; nothing is sent to Mutqan Soft or anyone else. Close the tab and the file is gone. Downloading the result needs a free account — no subscription, no payment.
Can I use it on a password-protected PDF?
Yes, if you know the password: the file list asks for it once and every operation then works on the decrypted pages. The output is saved without a password unless you protect it again.
Technical notes
Each target receives its own copy of the replacement page (a page node can sit at one place in the page tree only), and replacements run from the last target backwards so earlier indices stay valid.
